I feel so much better today Ü Miss ko pa din ang mga pricks but I have to consider din yung mga bago kong friends dito ... so far mababait sila lalo na yung mga floorwalkers namin na SOOOBRANG patient talaga with all my stupid questions hehe... special mention to Harold,Geoff, Bryan and Jolly... thanks talaga guys... sana maging sup na kayo in the future... Anyways, I'm starting to get a grip of the account kahit papano naiintindihan ko na rin naman yung ginagawa ko di tulad ng dati na talagang dinadala ko na lang sa confidence kahit mali mali hehe... im happy coz we just had our first team meeting and ok naman sup namin... attention carlo contis.. ito po yung look alike ni Irene .. mabait sya and mukhang madaling kausap basta wag lang aabusuhin... at 3 days nga palang may free food.. yahoo!!! salamat di na ako magbabaon... complete meal daw po ito hanggang sat dahil holy week nga.. ayos! ang babaw ko talaga... pero if you think about it 3 days of free lunch is not bad at all... lalo na ngayong mga panahong ito na pati bulsa ko ay "fasting" mode..hehe... and I'm also looking forward to this saturday.. meron daw Easter Egg Hunting at syempre pinadadala lahat ng aming mga chikiting.. I'm sure Sam will have a blast!

My day or rather my night didnt start out right... first of all it was MONDAY... second I was dead tired from all the yelling and screaming I did around the house from taking care of 3 preschoolers.. AAARGGGHHH!!! I will never ever volunteer to help with other people's kids EVER!!! then when I thought everything would be ok coz I went to buy myself a new pair of shoes and I felt, of course a bit better...so I was excited to go to work.. WITH NEW SHOES AND ALL... when my hubby decided that it was too early to leave the house at 11pm.. so we left the house at 11:20 pm... by the way my shift starts at 12mn... SO I was kinda agitated that I was gonna be late... so I asked my husband to drop me off at the lobby so I didnt have to cross Buendia... for the simple reason that I was tinatamad AND I was wearing my NEW SHOES... you know 3 inches and all.... ANYWAY.... my hubby thought I was being stupid coz all I needed to do was cross Buendia! (grrrr..) so I said FINE! I'LL CROSS THE DAMN STREET! so I started to walk towards RCBC plaza... NEW SHOES AND ALL WITH 3 INCHES HEELS.... when SHIT! the side entrance was closed ! GRRRR.... so I started to walk towards the other side entrance when... F***** door was also closed... GRRRR so what entrance was I suppose to use?!@#!@ You freaking idiots!? Well, it turns out that I had to walk all the way to the front of the freaking building... NEW SHOES AND ALL!!! Grrrrr!!!! so when I finally reached the entrance it was already 11:45 pm!!!! I was sweaty and my feet were killing me!!! waaaaahhhh!!!! I HATE THIS DAY!!
PS and I also didn't have change to buy a can of COKE... I'm such a loser....

INAANTOK AKO!!!! tapos na ang first day of live calls and it was cool... may queue din pero pwede mag after call which is very important kse nakakapag pahinga kami kahit papano... I was able to answer most of the caller's inquiries but there are also some tough questions I needed help with... My schedule is 12AM - 9AM SAT/SUN OFF... cool! babes schedule is at 1AM... tamang tama! I really have high hopes for this company.. It's relatively young compared to other call centers... its just turning one year this month and I'm happy that I'm already here to participate in all the festivities... I just discovered 2 more ex-peoplesupporters working here. One has been here since December and is already an email dedicated agent... she is applying for QA this month.... the other just started here 2 weeks ago but she is in another account... Same as I am... they are happy to have made the "big leap" Ü

Thank God It's Over! I survived the exam and surprisingly it was not as hard as I expected it to be. May alam din pala ako kahit papano... Sana lang pumasa ako yun lang. Well, tonight we will be taking in live calls already and officially out of training. My shift starts at 10pm and I'm kinda looking forward to it. I know that things will be different here... no more flagging.. no more shreks yelling... no more transferred calls and most of all no more ungrateful managers Ü. I really want to do well here, the management seems fair and just... I know that if I do my best here it will be rewarded unlike dun sa kabila.. pffft... anyway some of my friends are still taking the test.. hmmm.. i wonder what's taking them so long... nag iisp pa kse eh.. sana manghula na lang tulad ko tignan mo tapos ko agad hehe...

Judgment Day! (aka Doom's Day)
This is it! It's our last day of training and we are taking our certification exam today! nyehe.. la pa din akong naiintindihan so GOODLUCK na lang talaga sakin! Our exam is 4 hours and 30 minutes according to Acie, our trainer at parang ayaw ko ng isipin kung bakit ganun katagal... hmmm... anyway, I hope I pass... I'm not expecting to get a high grade I just want to pass.. yun lang .. pleeeeaaasseee....

Summer is here and I'm NOT happy at all! Aaarrrgghh!!! Ang init init talaga sa Pilipinas!... I promised myself that I will definitely purchase an aircon within the month.... mahirap yata magtrabaho sa gabi ng 3 oras lang ang tulog mo palagi!.. kainis! hay naku si babes di nakatulog the whole day... tsk tsk.. kawawa naman... sobrang antok na siguro yun... Anyway, ang tagal ng payday! bukas pa ng gabi... grrrr.... i feel so broke! and to make matters worse.. I had to take a cab to work dahil sobrang late na ako nakaalis ng house ... at may jeepney strike pa! pffft! so I had to take a cab using my last 100 pesos... kamalas malasan yung taxi na nasakyan ko madaya pa ang metro! ayun 97.00 pesos lang naman ang metro ko eh wala naman trapik usually malaki na yung 70 bucks.. buti na lang may pera si mama gene.. makakahiram ako pamasahe pauwi.. Thank God for Mama Gene! Ü... well have to go... training na ulit .. today is our last day of formal training.. tom review and then on Thursday certification na! Yaiks!.... so, today is our last day of formal training and guess what?! I STILL DONT KNOW A SHIT! hehe so goodluck na lang sakin diba? Ü
